Maria is the CFO of 1225 North Loop investments Inc. She is responsible for finances and financial strategy of 1225 north loop investments and Stellar International Commercial Real Estate. She closely collaborates with the Landlord and Asset Manager in overseeing all residential and commercial assets and developing the path of growth of the company.
Asset Manager
In addition to being the Asset manager of 1225 North Loop West, he is also as the COO of Stellar International Commercial Real Estate. He has over 10 years of experience in the property management industry, both Commercial and Residential. Seth’s diverse international background combined with his Civil Engineering education and Property Management experience affords him the ability to think outside the box and find workable and cost-effective solutions.
Security Supervisor
Genesis Turner is the security manager at 1225 North Loop West. Where she leads and trains professional security personnel. She is certified in A.E.D., C.P.R., pre- fire & fire prevention planning for low & high rise buildings.
